This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through AthleteCore. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Shipping Locations

AthleteCore ships to Ireland, Spain, and other European Union countries.

🚫 We do not ship to the following regions and countries:

  • Canary Islands
  • Cyprus
  • Gibraltar
  • Malta
  • Iceland
  • Liechtenstein
  • North Macedonia
  • Monaco
  • San Marino

If your shipping address is located in one of these restricted regions, we recommend providing an alternative address or contacting our support team before placing an order.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery time: 5 to 7 business days from the date of shipment.
  • Orders are shipped via UPS, DHL, or Correos Spain (for shipments from our Spanish warehouse).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are fixed and do not depend on the order size.
  • Free shipping may be available under specific conditions and is subject to change based on our company’s policies.

Shipping rates are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the status and location of your package.


5. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day.
  • Orders placed and paid for before 12:00 PM (local time) will be shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends and public holidays.


6. Taxes & Customs Duties

  • Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in the total price of the products and shipping costs.
  • No additional customs duties apply, as we only ship within the European Union.

7. Changing the Shipping Address After Placing an Order

  • Customers may request a shipping address change before the order has been handed over to the carrier.
  • If the order has already been dispatched, changing the address may not be possible.
  • If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us immediately at shop@athletecore.eu.

8. Delivery Issues (Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages)

If your order experiences a delay, we recommend continuing to track your shipment and allowing extra time for delivery.

If your order:

  • Is not delivered due to carrier issues, you may choose:
    • A replacement shipment (if the product is in stock).
    • A full refund, including shipping costs.
  • Arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the damage to facilitate a resolution.
