Refund policy

This Return Policy outlines the conditions for returns and exchanges of products purchased from AthleteCore. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags and in its original packaging. You must also provide the order number as proof of purchase.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at shop@athletecore.eu.

Returned items must be shipped to the address specified on the return label, which we will provide upon approval of your return request.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
  • Custom-made products (including personalized or special-order items).
  • Personal care and beauty products.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

🚫 Please note: We do not accept returns for gift cards.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your existing item and place a new order once your return is approved.

6. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Customers Only)

Under European Union consumer protection laws, customers within the EU have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible for return, the item must be:
✔ In its original packaging
✔ Unworn and unused
✔ With original tags attached
✔ Accompanied by the order number as proof of purchase

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
